My experience with Corporate F.I.T. has been phenomenal. I’ve gone from being someone who went home and climbed in bed to a vibrant individual who is off to workout 3 times during my work week. I can scarcely contain my excitement about the benefits derived from my weekly sessions (3-4). I experience exhilaration, a greater sense of well-being and personal gratification one only receives from physical exertion.What I like most is looking around and seeing a wide range of fitness levels in the participants, each seeking to improve their health and longevity. The guys at Corporate F.I.T. remind us to reach deep to access our core in order to revitalize our inner and other selves.

I started with one-on-one training because I was afraid that I would get discouraged (because of my weight) if I started with a group class. It was really worth the investment in myself! I have learned so much about my body, and I never missed a training session because I knew that Brian would be waiting for me.After a month I switched to group classes and had no trouble at all. I lost 7 pounds during the first six weeks and 4 more pounds the next two weeks. Every time I get bored with my diet, they change it around. It is so great to work with people who really care.

My husband was deployed in 2003 – 2004 to Iraq and now my son is serving his country in Iraq. Working out was and is the answer—Corporate FIT is what I had been looking for to deal with my stress.I have more energy and have tightened up around the waist. Love it!!! The trainers are great. They really love to put you through a good workout but remember we also have to do our part with food intake/nutrition. If your New Years resolution was or is to start working out give them a call you won’t regret it.

“I went to the first class not sure what to expect – I have a very good friend that had already joined and he was telling me how different this place is.I had major ankle surgery almost 3 years and am limited to how much running I can do, and I really didn’t think that I could lose weight without a lot of running. Well, I have lost weight – without losing muscle. The facility and workouts are like nothing that you can imagine – the energy and excitement are amazing.
I have one on one accountability with Brian a couple of times per day to make sure that I stick to my diet and workouts. I enjoy learning new workouts and regardless of anybody’s fitness level, this will push you to your limits.
